If you love horses, don't miss Cavalia when they are near you.

“The greatest show I have ever seen!''- Larry King, CNN

Cavalia creator, Normand Latourelle was with Cirque du Soleil for a few years.
Now THAT'S a reference !

An animation of Street View photos
showing
Cavalia's Montréal 2009 location.

A few glimpses from the show :

Discoverythe show's first act, where a dancer improvises with a completely free horse on stage.
Bareback Ridingbig work horses run in circle while acrobats do their thing on and around them.
Pas de deuxwith Magali and Estelle Delgado. The horse seen from 0:12 to 0:22 is projected upon a rain curtain crossing the front of the stage.
Roman Ridingvery peculiar way to ride horses.
Very few women do it with 2 horses,
Estelle Delgado does it with 4 !
Carousel beatifull choreography with 6 horses on a Bolero music.
Trick Ridingfunny and daring riding on a western theme.
Bungee and Riderswatch as the horses don't move a muscle while the girls bounce around them.
What is falling, imitating snow, is actualy soap suds.

Special Albums :
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Musique_pour_Supermarché Musique pour Supermarché (Music for Supermarket)
1983

On 5 July 1983 Jarre auctioned the only existing vinyl print of his newest album Musique pour Supermarché. The music was created for a planned performance at the "Supermarché" art exhibition. The auction was held at the Hôtel Drouot in Paris, before he allowed Radio Luxembourg to broadcast the album, uninterrupted, in its entirety. The auction raised about 70,000 francs, and Jarre promised to burn the original tapes in the presence of a bailiff.

2001

The album consists of two atmospheric and lengthy tracks; the first track, "Bonjour Hello", is a collage of sounds with voices saying short sentences (including some B&O advertisements) in French, English and Danish. The second track, "Whispers of Life", is the instrumental version of it. Although the back of the CD box states these are excerpts of a new album, the album itself was never released.
