Need some straightening out. Is Ziva David an agent of NCIS, on loan from Massad as such, or sent to spy on US Intelligence for US relations with some enemies of Israel (eg, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine)? By the way, I first saw McCallum as Illya Kuriachin in Man from U.N.C.L.E. back in the sixties, like you, and in Magnificent Seven, oh, and as Judas in Greatest Story Ever Told.. LOVE YOUR PAGE.

"Hi. According to a Star Wars fan fic writer/illustrator: Twentieth Century Fox and Disney sue at the drop of a hat, anyone (the youngest was what? Eleven?) and everyone. Not certain about Belisarius. I was told the owners of a film or series can even sue writers on fan fiction sites. I researched this a bit when I was asked to upload parts of our story on you tube. I was told you can not change the story (add/delete characters) and the actual rights of the story and all the characters belong to the company even prohibiting you from writing a story of your own for the general public that uses ANY character that is copyrighted. However; the stories you write, or illustrations that you do or films or plays that you perform not for the public are okay. I hope this helps."
Good to know; I am only up to chapter 5 of my novel, and my 'gut' told me I should change the characters NOW before I get too far into it, or just finish it as a fan fiction like so many others, and use it as practice for the real thing later. I am not sure that the characters of the 5 chapters I have so far would work as well, if I changed them. Their personalities are already in there, if you know what I mean. And if it feels like an NCIS book, even though the characters are changes, likely they could sue anyway, if they had half a mind. I don't want to take that chance. I'd rather send the whole manuscript to Belisarius productions and let them do with it what they may, although if you do that, they sure don't guarantee you a by-line!

Hi Scooter! I love cats, most animals really; I just loved those cute pics. Kittens make really good photographic subject matter, I'd say! Although I can't take credit for those! Did you just see this profile or did you see my website as well? I paint cats and dogs on Christmas bulbs or just in watercolours or acrylics. What exactly were you interested in?
